Refund & Return Policy – Celadon Products

We take great care in packaging and shipping our celadon pieces to ensure they arrive safely. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns
Celadon items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Due to the fragile nature of celadon, we cannot issue a refund if the item is damaged during return transit. Buyers are responsible for ensuring proper packaging and shipment.
A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund for all discretionary returns.

Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged due to our shipment, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage and packaging. Upon verification, a full refund will be issued. No restocking fee applies in this case.

All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. Items returned in damaged, altered, or incomplete condition are not eligible for a refund.

Refund & Return Policy – Paintings

Pre-Order (Custom) Paintings

All pre-order paintings are custom-made and therefore non-refundable once production has begun. Cancellations, returns, or refunds are not permitted except in cases of damage occurring during delivery.
If a return is accepted due to damage during shipment, no restocking fee applies.

In-Stock Paintings

In-stock paintings may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We are unable to issue a refund if the artwork is damaged during return transit.
