In-Stock Items (Celadons & Paintings): All in-stock items, including celadons and paintings, are shipped within 7 business days of order confirmation. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier operations.

Pre-Order Paintings: Pre-order paintings are shipped only after the artwork has been fully completed. Production time varies depending on the artwork and will be communicated at the time of purchase or during the creation process. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided. All shipments are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
